Members of OVP are the heart of our community. They are passionate, engaged, and committed to fostering meaningful connections that drive positive change. By coming together, they create opportunities for collaboration, amplify voices, and strengthen networks that make a real difference. Whether through shared knowledge, innovative ideas, or collective action, our members play a vital role in shaping a more inclusive, supportive, and empowered community.

Our partners—local businesses, organisations, and community groups—are essential to OVP’s mission. Through collaboration, they help create opportunities, provide valuable resources, and support initiatives that strengthen our community. By working together, we build lasting relationships that drive positive change, foster economic growth, and enhance the well-being of everyone involved. Their commitment to partnership helps create a thriving, connected, and resilient local environment.

As a member/partner of OVP, you will be able to:

  • Attend an annual general meeting
  • Elect the board of trustees/directors
  • Receive regular updates on OVP workstreams
  • Have a say in what OVP are doing
  • Put yourself forward as a trustee/director (optional)

As OVP look to attract funds to support projects, having a larger membership of local people will provide a stronger case for funders!

Up to 12 members will be elected as trustees/directors each year

Bulwell Arts Festival is open to all sorts of support: from volunteers to venues, and artists to local businesses!

Our volunteers are the driving force behind our impact on the community, and we'd love for you to join us!

While opportunities to volunteer vary as the year goes by, we're always happy for eager individuals to join the effort.
